Good health means a sound body with a sound mind.

PHYSICAL EXERCISE

physical exercise means a regular movement of our limbs. We take physical exercise to keep us healthy.
Good health is the greatest blessing to us. Even the richest man without good health is a very unhappy person. But good health does not mean a strong body. Good health means a sound body with a sound mind. It is regular physical exercise which makes us physical strong and mentally sounds.
There are various kinds of physical exercise. Walking, swimming, running, riding and different kinds of games and sports are good forms of physical exercise. Every boby should take physical exercise according to his age and ability. For an old man, morning walk or jogging is a good exercise. Games like football, cricket, basket ball, volley ball and kapadi etc. are suitable for the young people.
Physical exercise increases our stamina, strength and speed of work. It keeps our mind fresh. Regular games and sports can develop the spirit of team work, fellow-feeling, group-loyalty and self-discipline.
Physical exercise should be taken regularly. Irregular exercise is injurious to health. A student who takes physical exercise regularly can work very hard and do well in his studies. He never fails in life. On the other hand, physical exercise not only improves our health but also makes us smart, active and graceful.
